Monday:
Went out for PW discussion with my group...discussed for a short while at the food court...that ban mian is ok, just lots of that fried egg stuff X_X made me a bit bloated, didn't finish those...
After that, bballed with Qian Mei and Ee Hong...im not very good to begin with, struggled quite a lot to even dribble and shoot...didn't play bball for a long time......oh well, it was really fun though!
At least I'm more prepared for this during PE hahas...just don't be too 激动 as they said lols...
Walked to West Mall, sat a while and went home...
Tuesday:
Practically did nothing until in the evening...class gathering to celebrate Mr Teo's
Went to Lot 1 library with Zi Hao, Ivan and his classmate, talked a lot of funny stuff, especially the Engrish website lol...
Waited until 6:20, walked down to the MRT station to wait for Haiqing...late again...rarr...
Met Su Fei, Yi Bin and You Wang along the way too
Went up to the roof garden to meet up with the rest...some look different lol, but still the same class...
At 7, met Mr Teo at Pizza hut, where we had our dinner!...took pics here and there, laughter and jokes all around...until around 9 plus when the cake was taken out...took a near 5 minute video, may probably put up of Fb soon...
ahh the memories...took the bus home with Edwin..talked at the bus-stop until 11pm! Got a scolding from my mum, but at least I had a good chat with Edwin...
Wednesday:
This is where the the busy part comes! AV duty at the hall due to GP lecture...and the movie screening The Green Mile
I admit I did screw up a bit...quite flustered in the early morning but nvm...all part of the learning experience...whew...
The movie was nice, but watched until the part where the poor prisoner got electrocuted or literally fried by the electric chair...oo...nasty...
Had a short meeting to discuss Saturday's outing and the AGM which will be on the 15th...already thinking about the following day's oral...gasp....
Thursday:
Back to AV duty again, this time at LT3. Big room, no air-con/fan. Great. Really hot at first, but air-con helped in the end.
First up was PW lecture, with Mr Ching coming in. Up till now, I still wonder how he created that buzzing sound! lol...
Lecture ended earlier than expected...took break with class then went back up asap in case...
Class was playing polar bear while setting up...man...wish I could join but got a job to do...dang...oh well...
Next speaker was Dr Chua, who coached Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew in his Chinese...oo...
He also had a presentation on Chinese social etiquette, had to sit near the light switches for an hour till he went up on stage...
Well, at least I could listen more clearly! He sure was quite hilarious when demonstrating the correct technique of handshaking and others...that's some things you should not forget when you go overseas next time...
After the lecture, quickly made my way to F4-29 for PW discussion...
After that, Chinese Oral!
All I can say: Stammered a little, repeated one point rarr...nervous (laughed a little while reading the passage to myself, leg-shaking...)
Screwed up a little, but at least the examiners did not chase me away or give any weird looks...whew...
After that, went to see Mr Ching on my terrible EoM...now I know what to do already...
Spent the night until 3:30am to do my second draft of the EoM, u can bet what happens to me the next day
Friday:
Woke up quite grouchy, eyes stinging, only 2.5 hours of sleep...almost arrived late for duty due to bad traffic...
During the Chinese Lecture, dozed off a couple of times until they showcased a Korean movie on a caring and devoted grandmother and a young kid...not bad.....i've seen that actor (kid) in so many dramas already...eventually dozed off until Jie Han (senior) came in to wake me up!...never do that stunt of EoMing again..ever...
Took another break with my class...back to LT3, chatted with some of them...
Other lecture started at 10:30, lucky Zi Kang and I didn't need to greet the tutor multiple times...
The speaker came in, who's a Chinese writer I think. He talked about the relations between Singapore and Japan, how influential Japan was in the areas of photography, dentistry and hair in old Singapore (British colony and all that, it's just history)
Also talked about WWII, Sook Ching Massacre.....blah...blah..blah...back to Secondary school lols...good general knowledge too...
Finally, talked about life after the war, the 50s and 60s I presume...interesting and simple lives the people have indeed...
Last activity is film appreciation on the "Tokyo Trial". Interesting movie, though it was hard to see and hear from the control room...once again, didn't watch finish but nvm...
Went to meet Mr Ching and my PW group at the Pulse, asked about the survey and interview that was submitted yesterday...also submitted Draft 2 to him (yes! finally! would slap myself if I didn't! What a waste it could have been)
haha...jokes and laughter in the room again without fail for sure...he also ordered Mac for us with our orders (thank you!).....first time eating this at school...kinda awkward like Ee Hong brought up...agreed
Touched up a bit more after that and went home after that...
now just stoning until I'm finished with this post, which will end soon.
Better attempt the other homework given already...time is running out slowly...so's my energy level...ok...
tired and shagged out...got CCA outing tmr!...work aside, there's nothing much for now...
Stay focused and strong...that's what I want you to be...the best you can be...
